What You'll Do
- Clean exterior and interior windows for commercial buildings, storefronts, offices, and multi-story properties using professional tools and techniques
- Operate ladders, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems safely
- Perform mid-rise window cleaning following proper fall-protection procedures and harness protocols
- Clean frames, sills, screens, and glass doors
- Complete multiple commercial locations daily on scheduled routes
- Identify and report safety hazards, building issues, or glass damage
- Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with property managers, store owners, and onsite staff
- Maintain company equipment and vehicles, ensuring tools are clean and functioning
- Assist team members on large-scale jobs and coordinate work in crews when needed
- Complete documentation such as job checklists, time logs, or service reports
