Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LMHC Job Description
Job Title: LCSW, LICSW or an LMHC at Revive Therapeutic Services
Rate: Determined on License and Years of Experience
Full-time -28 clients a week
Part-time- 17 with no benefits
Revive Therapeutic Services is seeking a passionate and experienced LCSW, LICSW or LMHC to join our team of compassionate mental health professionals in providing comprehensive and integrated care to individuals struggling with mental health and behavioral issues in Rhode Island.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with clients, their families, and relevant community resources.
- Complete documentation thoroughly and timely according to agency standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners to provide clients with holistic care.
- Maintain and provide appropriate education and resources on mental health issues to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Master of Social Work degree from an accredited college or university with Licensure as a LCSW, LICSW) OR LMHC by the State of MA or RI.
- Experience working with clients with mental health and behavioral issues (including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, PTSD through psychotherapy and case management services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse and challenging caseload.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
