AGC Home Remodeling is seeking experienced Senior Carpenters to join our growing team in the Austin, TX area. We’re looking for individuals with at least 5 consecutive years of residential remodeling experience who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, communicate effectively, and can mentor junior team members.
As AGC continues to expand, leadership and management opportunities will be available for those who consistently perform at a high level.
We offer a unique performance-based bonus program, where team members who exceed financial and project expectations can earn up to $20,000 in annual bonuses.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of continuous residential remodeling experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean background – no felony convictions
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical exam
- Valid driver's license
- Personal truck is preferred but not required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms
- Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to high-end finish quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
