- Supervise the planning, coordination and delivery of care.
- Ensure all nurses' licenses and certifications are current in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Review and coordinate nursing schedules and coverage.
- Assist in leading the development of new programs and processes for the nursing team.
Provide direct services and patient care as needed.

- Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- RN license.
- Nursing experience preferably within Hospice specialty.

Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Willingness to work weekend on-call when needed.
- Comprehensive training including patient visits with a preceptor and McKesson and Elsevier trainings.
