Duties
- Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for service.
- Support the culinary team during busy periods by bussing tables and clearing plates to maintain an organized dining area.
- Help with basic food handling duties following safety and sanitation protocols to ensure food quality and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations regularly.
- Follow all food service guidelines and safety procedures to promote a hygienic environment.
