What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of travel sales representatives.
- Coach and develop sales professionals through daily training and performance management.
- Monitor KPIs, call quality, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing sales talent.
- Create a positive, competitive, and results-driven work environment.
- Work closely with executive leadership to achieve company growth objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences while maximizing team revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Call Center Management experience required.
- Travel industry and travel sales experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Proven track record of increasing sales performance.
- Experience managing KPIs, conversions, and daily production goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to lead by example.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and build winning teams.
