Key Responsibilitie
Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN or provider
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and document patient conditions
Perform nursing assessments and procedures
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
Active LPN license
Relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
