Position Summary
As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors and adults in their homes throughout Chardon and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
You'll assist clients with everyday tasks while offering companionship, encouragement, and compassionate support that allows them to remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Help with mobility, walking, and transfers

Provide medication reminders
-
Accompany clients on errands and appointments when appropriate

Observe and report changes in client condition

Follow individualized care plans

Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications

Requirements
- Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass required background checks

Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and daily activities
Experience is preferred but not required.
