Bartender Position at "CJs Sports Grill & Turf Club"
CJ’s Sports Grill & Turf Club looking for a Bartender with a pleasing and attractive appearance who can show up on time everyday, with a smile. Someone who can work well under pressure and always stay professional.
Job Summary:
- Ability to do an accurate opening and closing inventory count of the bar (fridges, coolers and cabinets).
- Ensure that all control procedures, including inventories and cash, are completed or saved and handed in at the end of the event. (Signed Transfers).
- Responsible for set up and stocking of the bar to include: replenishing cups and bottled products, related condiments, preparing ice tubs, cleaning bar surfaces etc. Cooling and stocking of coolers and beer.
- Must receive and accurately process cash or credit card payment for all beverage transactions.- Responsible for keeping track of all inventory items.
- May be required to assist in the process of lifting, changing and rotation of beer kegs.- All bartenders are required to monitor the ID of all guests that appear to be under the age of 40.
- Must serve alcohol in a responsible manner and ensure that guests are not over-served.
- Must perform his/her tasks accurately in a busy work environment.
- Complies with company policies and procedures and with State and Federal regulations.
- Bartender's duties may be assigned or adjusted by the supervisor or manager on a shift by shift basis.

- 2 year minimum Bartender experience
- Must know Wines, liquors, beers, cocktails
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Background & Drug Screen Required
