- Gate Greeter (Unarmed): 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Patrol Officer (Armed): 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
What You'll Do
Be the face of the community while helping keep it safe:
- Welcome residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage controlled access to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide clear directions and assistance
- Handle incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
- Monitor activity and maintain a secure, orderly environment
- Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Clean background and driving record
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
