Description
As a Service Advisor/ Front Desk, you will own the customer’s experience in the front office and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages, and assist customers with general inquiries.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Taking customer concerns and starting repair orders, we use Mitchell 1
- Retrieving information like VIN and mileage from vehicles
- Ability to be on and off your feet for periods of the day
Competencies
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to collaborate with other departments
- Ability to write legibly
- Previous automotive background is preferred, but not a must
- Punctuality is a must
