- $19/hour – PM Shift
- Uncapped bonus potential

OPERATIONS/REGULAR SHIFTS
- AM Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- PM Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Warrior: Sat–Tues, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
INITIAL TRAINING
- Inbound: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Outbound: 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
About the Opportunity
We are hiring energetic and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced vacation sales and customer experience team in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a high-energy, people-focused environment where you’ll assist guests with vacation packages, reservations, payments, and travel support while working toward performance-based goals and incentives.

Inbound Team
As an Inbound Team Member, you’ll speak with guests who have already purchased vacation packages and are calling to book travel dates, ask questions, or resolve concerns. This role is centered around creating a positive customer experience and helping guests feel taken care of throughout the process.

Outbound Team
As an Outbound Team Member, you’ll contact guests to share special offers and help them plan their next vacation. Every conversation is different, and your goal is to create excitement while helping guests reconnect with the vacation experience they originally signed up for.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assist guests with vacation packages, reservations, and travel
planning
- Collect payments and finalize bookings
- Follow scripts, call flows, and rebuttal guidelines
- Deliver upbeat, professional customer interactions
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Apply coaching and feedback in real time
Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and eager to improve
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
