$28-$31/hr FLEXIBLE TODDLER EXPERIENCED NANNY NEEDED PART-TIME

Holistic mom is looking for a calm, nurturing, fun, active, holistic, toddler experienced nanny to care for her active, sweet, athletic almost 3 yr old son. A nanny who is grounded (likes self-work and meditation) and into holistic health would be ideal. Mom is dealing with a long-term concussion and is wanting her son to be entertained, and out and about having fun while she is in recovery mode. She has many appointments and a loud house can be quite bothersome at times.
She needs a nanny for the month of August on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-4:30pm. In Sept she would like a nanny on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-5 or 6pm. Then in Oct the days might switch to Monday, Wed or Friday.
This mom is open to a temp. nanny for only Tuesdays and Thursdays in August, but the ideal candidate would be able to be flexible with all of the transitions and hours after August.
Mom is celiac and they keep their son gluten free as well no eggs. Mom and son are both very sensitive to fragrances, molds, cleaning products and laundry detergent. She would like a nanny who is very mindful of this as they both have strong reactions to these things.
The nanny would be required to help pick up toys, drive to activities, like story time, Little gymnastics, help with dishes, have a clean driving record and background check and be CPR certified. They just started potty training so someone who can continue to help with this is very important.
They lead with a lot of love, but hold firm boundaries. They give choices and talk through, comfort and honor feelings and emotions, but don't let those big feelings change our minds. They are screen free for their son, and value play, sensory activities, outside time, having him help with the dishes, reading, and interacting with others.
They are looking for a long-term nanny as at some point mom will go back to work and still need some childcare.
This job is great for someone who has another flexible job on the side or who is ok with very part time hours and who adores being outside with a toddler and active on outings.
They are also offering benefits for a permanent nanny.
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
