Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will support the daily operations of our kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld.
Also We need someone to work in evening social hours Mon, Tues, Wed evening from 5pm to 7pm

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards
- Organize ingredients and supplies to facilitate smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food safety procedures during food handling, storage, and disposal
- Help with catering setups and serving during special events or large orders
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are consistently followed throughout the kitchen environment
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cooking techniques, knife skills, and meal preparation is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential
- Experience in the food industry or culinary settings will be advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen operations
