HHA / CNA – Coverage Role (Full-Time, Travel Required, No Fixed Schedule)
$22/hour | Guaranteed 40+ Hours

- No set shifts and no single client
- You may travel between clients and to our Milford office
- You may cover call-outs (sometimes short notice)
- Schedule changes based on business needs
This role is a great fit if you:
- Want guaranteed 40 hours but are flexible with your schedule
- Are comfortable working days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights
- Can travel between multiple clients in the Milford-Framingham area
- Prefer variety instead of the same routine
This role is NOT a fit if you:
- Want a fixed schedule or consistent shift
- Prefer working with one client only
- Are not open to last-minute coverage needs
- Are not willing to travel regularly
What You’ll Do:
- Cover call-outs and open shifts
- Start new cases
- Support urgent staffing needs
- Work in the office when field coverage is light

Requirements:
- Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care — CNA preferred
- Valid driver’s license & insured car (insurance can be under another name)
- CPR/BLS Certified (American Heart Association or Red Cross only) — can be obtained during onboarding
- TB Test & Physical (within 1 year) — can be completed during onboarding
- Strong reliability, flexibility, and responsive to scheduling needs
