As a Process Technician, you will be integral to the production process, specializing in plastics injection molding. Reporting to the Processing Manager, your role involves ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality. You will utilize core skills in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance, while leveraging premium skills in process optimization and quality control. Your relevant skills in material handling and safety compliance will further enhance operational efficiency. Duties:
- Monitor and maintain materials supply and document production of injection molding machines, tooling, and processes according to established process standards for Y-TEX Corporation.
- Ensure efficient levels of raw material inventory are sustained throughout the production run.
- Recommend measures to improve inventory and material flow.
- Assist in the performance of mold, tooling, and color changes.
- Work with approved insecticide production materials.
- Must have good computer/math/mechanical ability, maintain good attendance, and be able to lift at least 100lbs .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.15 - $23.23 per hour
