UPM Pulp’s global Technical Marketing and Customer Service Team works closely with pulp customers in hands-on development projects and problem-solving issues. Your main task is to work proactively on technical topics with our current and potential pulp customers :
Cultivate technical relationships, p rovide technical recommendations and l ead qualification efforts to support strategic sales growth in North America
Support successful use of UPM Pulp products through technical know ledge of multiple fibers and various end uses ( premium tissue end use focus) , while utilizing the UPM resources available in our mills, R&D, and global TMS teams
Drive technical collaborations with customers to deliver optimization in their process
Cooperate with product managers and the global TMS team for product development
Stay close to customer s to understand relevant tissue technology , quality development, and new product development needs
