Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Waynesburg Nursing and Rehab, a 111-bed skilled nursing facility in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. As a CNA at our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques to ensure patient safety
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Work effectively as part of a team to deliver patient-centered care
Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff and/or physicians
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and protocols
