Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. This is a paid position.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Stock breakfast items such as food, beverages, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Greet guests and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed
- Operate cash register for guest payments
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of guests
- Assist with delivery of room service orders, if necessary
Skills:
- Culinary skills for basic food preparation
- Strong guest services skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve any issues or complaints
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is preferred
