Job Summary
Longstreet Auto Body & Complete Auto Care is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Shop Manager / Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily shop operations, manage repairs from start to finish, and provide accurate collision repair estimates while ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Write accurate collision repair estimates using industry estimating software.
- Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and customers.
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and production.
- Monitor repair quality and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with technicians, painters, and detailers.
- Order parts and manage inventory as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure shop efficiency, safety, and profitability.
Skills
- Previous experience as a collision repair estimator and/or shop manager.
- Knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claims.
- Experience with estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- I-Car certification
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $54,910.37 - $80,000.00 per year
