About the Role
We're looking for Bottling Line Team Members to join our small, hands-on production team. In this role, you'll rotate across the various stations of our bottling line — from unpacking raw materials to building and stacking finished cases. Every person on the line plays a direct role in quality control, so attention to detail is a must.
This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in doing precise, repetitive work well, can stay focused during a full shift, and is comfortable both running equipment and stepping in for manual tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Team members should be comfortable rotating through some or all of the following stations, depending on the day's run:
- Raw material unpacking: Unbox and stage glass, closures, labels, and packaging materials for the line.
- Bottle filling: Operate and monitor automated filling equipment, ensuring correct fill levels and catching issues before they become defects.
- Capping: Operate and monitor automated capping equipment, checking for proper seal and alignment.
- Labeling: Apply labels via automated equipment or by hand, ensuring correct placement, alignment, and label accuracy (correct product/batch/proof). Some products require handwriting and/or additional labels.
- Shrink wrap/tamper seal: Apply shrink bands or seals via automated equipment or by hand, checking for consistent, secure application.
- Case building: Assemble cases and pack finished bottles securely and correctly.
- Palletizing: Stack and arrange finished cases on pallets, following proper stacking patterns for stability and shipping.
- Quality control: Actively inspect product at every station — fill levels, cap seals, label placement, damaged bottles, missing components — and flag or pull any defects before they move down the line
- Perform basic equipment checks and communicate issues, jams, or slowdowns to a supervisor or lead promptly
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked with the materials needed to keep the line moving.
- Follow proper closing procedures each day to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Support general bottling and warehouse tasks as needed — this is a small-team environment, and you may be asked to help outside your primary station.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience on a production or bottling line, in manufacturing, or in a similar fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail; able to catch small inconsistencies (fill level, label alignment, cap seal) reliably and consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for a full shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working around moving equipment/machinery and following safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, and to adjust smoothly when moved between stations.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership over the quality of what leaves the line.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
