Description:
Mister Tree is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Field Operations Manager to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying busy, and getting a little dirty.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer callbacks and resolve issues professionally
- Run errands and pick up materials, parts, and supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating field operations
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and "put out fires" as they arise
- Manage the firewood department, including inventory, deliveries, and customer service
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary
- Support field crews and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized equipment yard
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and field crews
- Assist with any other operational needs to keep the business running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, loader, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable working both outdoors and in an office environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work when needed
- Tree service, landscaping, construction, or similar industry experience is preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
