The Opportunity
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing accounts. This is a structured, high-activity role where effort and execution directly translate into earnings. This Job pays once per month on the first of each month.
You’ll receive:

This is an on-site role based in Charlotte, zip 28273, designed for professionals who thrive in a team-oriented, metrics-driven environment. Hours are 9-4:30 Monday thru Thursday and 9-2 on Fridays. You are not required to clock out for lunch.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, calls, email outreach, and follow-up
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct virtual presentations and solution discussions
- Close new business and drive account expansion
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
- High-energy, competitive mindset
- Comfortable working toward activity metrics and revenue goals
- Self-disciplined and accountable
- Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus
