We have an opportunity for an attorney with these qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- 2-5 years of Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience in Florida
- Confident advocate with verifiable results
- Proven experience handling depositions, hearings, and mediations
- Strong negotiator with insurance company adjusters and lien holders
- Collaborative, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly technologically proficient, including case management systems software, AI tools, and Westlaw
Responsibilities:
- Take and defend depositions
- Confident advocate in hearings and mediation
- Strategically manage cases
- Negotiate settlements
- Draft complaints and motions
- Communicate with clients
- Legal research
- Work closely with legal staff to move cases forward

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
