We are currently hiring a caring, enthusiastic part time Speech Language Pathologist to provide Speech Therapy in our Center in Chester, NJ. Approximate available hours are 10 per week.

We specialize in serving individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, and behavioral challenges. Position Summary:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that target speech, language, and communication goals. You'll work 1:1 with children to help them build functional communication skills, collaborating closely with families and our interdisciplinary team, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ABA staff, to support each client's progress toward developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments to determine each client's needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as appropriate.
- Deliver 1:1 speech therapy in our center setting.
- Collect accurate and timely data using electronic data collection systems and monitor progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and clinical staff to coordinate care and support carryover of skills.
- Provide guidance and training to families and team members on communication strategies.
- Maintain session notes and complete documentation as required.
- Attend team meetings and company trainings.
- Uphold all HIPAA and ethical guidelines, including the ASHA Code of Ethics.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required).
- Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology license (required).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Familiarity with play-based therapy approaches and AAC is a plus.
- Ability to actively participate in hands-on, play-based sessions, including sitting on the floor and safely assisting with positioning of young children.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to arriving on time for scheduled sessions.
- Experience using digital data collection or documentation platforms is a plus.
- Current CPR and HIPAA training (or willingness to complete upon hire).
