Part-Time | Afternoons & Evenings | Growth Opportunity
Clean Eatz is looking for a dependable, energetic Shift Lead to help run our store during afternoon and evening hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things organized, and can confidently lead a shift while delivering excellent customer service.
As a Shift Lead, you'll serve as a key holder and help oversee daily operations throughout both the front and back of the house. You'll work alongside the team, assist customers, prepare food, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure the store is ready for the next day.
Responsibilities
- Open or close the store as scheduled
- Serve as a key holder and assist with shift leadership
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Operate the register and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and package meals according to Clean Eatz standards
- Assist with line cooking and food preparation
- Stock coolers, shelves, and grab-and-go products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
- Complete closing checklists and end-of-day procedures
- Support team members and help solve customer concerns
- Ensure store standards are consistently maintained
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous restaurant, retail, food service, or leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
Schedule
- Primarily afternoon and evening shifts
- Monday–Friday (store closes at 7:00 PM; typically out by 8:00 PM)
- Occasional weekends (11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Part-time hours with potential for additional opportunities
