Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and related beauty treatments with precision and care.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements based on client preferences and eye shape.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and retail product sales using salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
- Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to maximize their lash longevity and overall satisfaction.
- Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and build a loyal customer base.
- Assist with retail sales of lash care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials to enhance client results and salon revenue.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Lash Artist or in a similar cosmetology role with expertise in eyelash extensions, lash lifts, or related treatments.
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing is required; additional training in dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, or esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care techniques.
- Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services and build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and product demos to drive business growth.
Pay: $100.00 - $800.00 per week
