Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Picker/Packer)
Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Duration: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Moorestown, NJ. This role will support multiple warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately based on order tickets and shipping priorities
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery to customers
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Prepare packages, shipping labels, and required documentation
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips
- Assist with unloading, organizing, and stocking incoming inventory
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Prepare and document delivery route manifests as needed
- Keep warehouse, storage, and shipping areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or order fulfillment preferred
- Previous shipping experience strongly preferred
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus, but not required
- Ability to accurately pick, pack, and process orders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform repetitive tasks
