Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operations & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations.
This position involves hands-on warehouse work including inventory counting, product verification, labeling inspection, and data recording.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and able to maintain accuracy while handling physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counting and stock checks
- Verify product quantities, SKU numbers, labels, and barcodes
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Apply, replace, or verify shipping and inventory labels when needed
- Record inventory and operational data accurately in warehouse systems or spreadsheets
- Assist with receiving, sorting, staging, and organizing products
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or labeling issues
- Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within warehouse work areas
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Work closely with supervisors and warehouse team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate in a physically active warehouse environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Fluent in Mandarin

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Day shift / Night shift available depending on operational needs
- Weekend availability may be required
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
