Who We're Looking For
We're hiring painters who already know what they're doing — or who are serious enough about the craft to earn their place on a professional crew.
Ideal candidates have:
- 1–3+ years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)
- Hands-on experience with surface prep, brush and roll, and/or spray application
- The ability to produce clean, consistent work without constant supervision
- A professional attitude on job sites — with clients, with crew, and with the work itself
No experience? We'll consider candidates with zero experience IF you can demonstrate the right work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine interest in learning the trade the right way. This is not a casual labor job.
Responsibilities
- Prep surfaces properly — cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, masking
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces to A Grade standards
- Operate and maintain spray equipment (training provided if needed)
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients and crew leads
- Follow production standards and quality checkpoints

- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Tulsa job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Ability to work on your feet in varying conditions
- Tulsa, OK and Surrounding Area (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
