We are seeking a detail-oriented Labeling Coordinator to support labeling and Instructions for Use (IFU) updates for regulated In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in document control, quality systems, regulatory support, or manufacturing documentation within a regulated environment.
As a Labeling Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including project management, quality, production, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure labeling updates are implemented accurately, compliantly, and on schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating labeling projects, updating controlled documentation and specifications, communicating with translation and printing vendors, tracking project timelines, and supporting change management activities.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in document control, quality assurance, regulatory support, labeling, or manufacturing documentation
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Medical Device, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries
- Familiarity with document management systems, PLM systems, or Agile environments
- Experience supporting controlled documentation and change control processes
