About the Role
Impact Protection Program (IPP) is a licensed Florida contracting company specializing in hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing. We are hiring part-time door hanger distributors to help us reach homeowners across the Tampa Bay area.
This is a simple, flexible outdoor role. No sales. No knocking. No pitching. You walk neighborhoods and hang flyers on doors. That's it.
What You'll Do
- Walk assigned neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area
- Hang flyers on qualifying residential homes
- Log every address using our mobile app (SalesRabbit) — takes 5 seconds per home
- Skip non-qualifying homes (rentals, new construction, etc.)
Pay
- $15.00 per hour base pay
- $15 bonus for every homeowner who calls in and sets an appointment from your area
- $50 bonus for every job that closes from your leads
- Paid weekly every Friday
Schedule
- Minimum 20 hours per week to stay active
- You choose your own schedule beyond that — flexible days and hours
Requirements
- Must have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) to use our tracking app
- Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned zones
- Must be comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
- Must be available at least 20 hours per week
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
What We're Looking For
- Reliable — you show up and work your full shift
- Honest — you log accurately what you actually did
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over you
- Physically capable of walking several miles per shift
