Required Experience & Skills:
- Background in live event production (experience in theatre environments is a strong plus).
- General knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with lighting design and light board operation, preferably on an ETC Ion XE console.
- Experience driving large vehicles such as cargo vans or box trucks.
- Comfortable working with children and youth performers in a theatre or educational setting.
- Experience in facility maintenance, including basic repairs, organization, and upkeep of production spaces.
Desired Skills:
- Stage management experience or familiarity with backstage show operations is also a strong plus.
- Familiarity with basic carpentry, set and prop construction, and scenic painting.
- Experience as an A2 (audio assistant) or similar backstage audio support role is a plus.
