Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with major course work in human services or a Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of full-time experience or equivalent experience working with children and adolescents who have a serious mental illness.

Responsibilities:
This is responsible and specialized outreach work to assess, plan, link, monitor, and advocate for children and adolescents who are diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness. The incumbent is responsible for assisting clients with their needs/goals. By referring clients to available community resources. Work also entails advocating for clients by linking them with appropriate services.
