In this salaried position, you’ll put your HR expertise to work supporting a people-focused, compliant and high-performing organization. As Human Resources Manager, you’ll partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer to lead key HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, training, HR operations and risk management.
This role is perfect for someone who can balance care for employees with smart business judgment. You’ll support stores, managers and General Administration with everything from workplace investigations and compliance questions to hiring strategies, HR systems, training and special projects. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality and problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and lead with respect, empathy and accountability. This position is based in-person at our Tucson, AZ office, with occasional travel as needed.

As Human Resources Manager, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:
Supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer in achieving department goals and company-wide HR initiatives.
Conducting workplace investigations promptly, objectively and confidentially.
Helping resolve employee relations issues while minimizing organizational risk.
Supporting compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
Leading recruitment strategies and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Helping build strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
Developing and delivering HR-related training programs.
Supporting manager development, performance improvement and continuous learning.
Overseeing HR systems, reporting and employee record maintenance.
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of new hires, pay changes, leaves of absence and other employee transactions.
Providing accurate research, reporting and support to leadership.
Helping prioritize department work, direct resources and provide backup leadership when needed.
Completing special projects and helping out wherever needed!

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
