Field Service Sales Manager – Dish Satellite Operations

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base salary + monthly sales bonus of $250–$1,000
Job Overview
We are hiring a Field Service Sales Manager to lead and support a team of Dish Satellite field technicians. The Field Service Sales Manager is responsible for daily technician leadership, field performance, customer satisfaction, and on-site sales results.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing Dish Satellite installations, service calls, and sales activity while coaching technicians for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise 10–20 Dish Satellite technicians
- Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight
- Conduct frequent field visits with technicians
- Drive work order completion, customer satisfaction, and on-site sales
- Resolve customer issues and escalations professionally
- Support fleet, inventory, and safety compliance
- Communicate regularly with Operations leadership and Dish personnel
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with Dish Satellite, cable, telecom, or field service teams a plus
- Strong customer service, coaching, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work in a field-based environment
