The Residential Property Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Top Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of property management, housing, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests preferred
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and efficiently
