Transfer Specialist / Unit Desk Clerk – Contract
Location: Corvallis, OR
13 weeks
Shift: Varied | Every 3rd weekend
Guaranteed: 28 hours/week
Pay Rate - $20/hr. on w2
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Unit secretary/clerk experience
- Database management experience
- Epic experience preferred
- State license not required
Job Duties:
Coordinate patient transfers, communicate with referring/on-call physicians, follow transfer protocols, and assist with bed utilization and patient placement.
Interview: General interview time available
OT: After 40 hours/week
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
