Job Summary:
The heart of the restaurant is in the details, which is the primary role of a General Cleaner. By focusing on the consistency and quality of their work, the General Cleaner maintains the restaurant’s surfaces, crevices, and all the in-betweens, allowing Barrel House to operate efficiently and uphold high quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow checklists, standard operating procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and guest dining areas.
- Sanitizing surface areas
- Restocking paper goods
- Sweeping, deck brushing, and mopping floors
- Light dusting and upkeep of surfaces and shelves
- Deep cleaning or detail cleaning is required
- Report any concerns, repairs, and possible compliance issues to Manager On Duty (MOD).
- Must have all tasks completed daily by 10:00 AM
Additional hours (upon availability and approval) could include:
- General organization
- Dishwashing
- Food preparation
- Various kitchen tasks
Qualifications:
- Be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to reliably commute to on-site location.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be over the age of 18 years old.
