Shear Madness, Haircuts for Kids is more than a salon—it’s a memory maker. Over 16 years, we’ve perfected an environment that works for both kids and stylists. The haircut is a big part of it, of course, but so are our “pleasant distractions”: every station has a flat-screen TV so kids can play Xbox or watch cartoons, plus toys and funny-face mirrors everywhere. These help you deliver the perfect cut every time.

We’re hiring full-time and part-time haircut stylists.
Our team enjoys working with both kids and adults. Stylists often say, “Wow, I make so much more than I expected!” Average earnings are typically $20–$35 per hour depending on the shift. You’ll never handle hair dye, permanents, or other chemical services—just haircuts—in a supportive team environment that takes pride in its work. Base pay is based on experience.
