We are currently seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical leadership team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys hands-on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and program development in a stable, in-person setting.

Role Overview
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor serves as a key clinical leader supporting behavioral programming, staff training, and treatment integrity. This position works closely with the Executive Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care, staff accountability, and positive outcomes for residents.
This role balances direct clinical oversight with staff coaching and leadership, making it well-suited for BCBAs who want impact without excessive administrative or billing pressure.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Supervise and mentor Direct Care Professionals and Behavior Technicians
- Monitor treatment fidelity and provide guidance as needed
- Lead and support clinical on-boarding and ongoing staff training
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming and service quality
- Provide performance feedback and participate in staff evaluations
- Ensure accurate data collection and documentation practices
- Train staff on behavior plans, interventions, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Current Michigan Behavior Analyst license
- Experience writing BIPs, and behavior programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively
- Organized, self-directed, and collaborative work style
