Safety Net is a locally owned, family-operated safety company serving businesses across Nebraska. We help our customers maintain safe, compliant workplaces by providing first aid cabinet service, AED inspections, and eyewash station maintenance.
We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time First Aid & Safety Service Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working independently, staying organized, and traveling to different businesses throughout the week, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a First Aid & Safety Service Technician, you'll visit customer locations to ensure their workplace safety supplies are fully stocked and ready when needed.
Your responsibilities include:
- Service and restock first aid cabinets
- Inspect AEDs and verify they are fully operational
- Inspect and maintain eyewash stations
- Check product expiration dates and replace expired items
- Maintain accurate inventory and service records
- Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional service
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week to start)
- Flexible scheduling, we'll work with your availability
- Based in Lincoln, Nebraska
- Travel throughout Nebraska, primarily the Lincoln and Omaha areas
- Company vehicle provided during work hours
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing your daily route
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
Preferred (But Not Required)
Experience in:
- Route service or delivery
- Inventory management
- Customer service
- Medical, healthcare, or workplace safety industries
