Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others, including cooks and servers, to ensure smooth operations.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial but not mandatory.
