“MUST HAVE ESTIMATED FOR A COMMERCIAL ROOFING COMPANY FOR A MINIMUM OF 5” We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in estimating and project management to manage our growing team of estimators. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction workeragement, a thorough understanding of current construction practices and an ability to analyze existing data and develop new procedures based on their findings. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for creating a schedule and flowchart for the entire estimating process, and then managing employees who are responsible for different stages of this process
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed estimates for projects and tasks.
- Prepare purchase orders for goods and services.
- Prepare quotes for clients.
- Manage the project schedule.
- Interpret data and make decisions based on budgetary constraints.
- Authorize changes to the project plan.
- Interact with other managers to gain consensus on project status.
- Coordinate the work of multiple teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
