Taylor Made Roofing Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic individuals who want to build a long-term career in roofing sales.
Every new team member begins as a Canvasser, learning our proven lead generation system through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and networking. As you gain experience, complete our training program, and consistently produce results, you'll have the opportunity to advance into an Outside Sales Representative position, where you'll conduct roof inspections, meet with homeowners, prepare proposals, and close sales.
This is a true outside sales career—not an office position. Company generated leads provided provided once trained.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing.
- Network within neighborhoods and local communities.
- Cold call prospective customers.
- Schedule free roof inspections.
- Learn our roofing products, sales process, and CRM system.
- Train alongside experienced sales professionals.
- Advance into a Roofing Sales Representative role based on performance and training.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Willing to knock on doors every day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone required.
- Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
