Delivery Ambassador (Day Driver)
Position Summary
The Delivery Ambassador organizes and delivers Edible® arrangements safely and on time while providing outstanding customer service. This role represents the brand, supports daily operations, and helps ensure product quality and efficiency.
Schedule
- Contract work, week to week agreement, information to be given by Store Manager at interview.
Pay
- Pay per delivery. Information to be given by Store Manager at interview.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in Utah
- Clean driving record (required for insurance approval)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to authorize a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Delivering in Personal Vehicle
- Must be 18 years or older
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver arrangements accurately, safely, and on time.
- Represent Edible® professionally with customers and recipients.
- Answer customer questions and assist with order status or changes.
- Communicate order changes and delivery status updates to team members and management.
- Review order tickets for accuracy and quality before delivery.
- Organize delivery routes and coordinate with third-party drivers.
- Dispatch delivery routes to other drivers when needed.
- Assist with in-store production, inventory, and general operations.
- Document delivery issues and set up redeliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Follow health codes, company policies, and operational procedures.

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry products as needed

Pay: $8.00 - $36.00 per hour
