Location: Orlando, FL
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage production teams while ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production schedules are met.
- Lead, train, and support production team members to achieve performance and quality goals.
- Monitor workflow, equipment, and staffing to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas to maintain quality and cleanliness.
- Track and report production output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
- Address and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation teams.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or food production environment required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required; Creole is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
