Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient manner, providing in-person customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and POS (Point of Sale) systems for processing cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and processing food orders accurately.
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food handling meets health regulations and dietary requirements.
- Assist with catering events or special functions as needed, demonstrating flexibility within the hospitality environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or catering settings.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing using POS systems.
- Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks comfortably while maintaining safety standards.
- Previous experience in dietary aide roles or hospitality settings is advantageous.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
