I am looking for a motivated, self-driven Real Estate ISA / Appointment Setter to join and help build a growing real estate business focused on serving Maryland, with future expansion into Washington DC and Virginia.
This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys sales, communication, relationship building, and wants the opportunity to grow within the real estate industry.
This is not a traditional hourly position. This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential for someone who is willing to consistently create opportunities, build relationships, and develop valuable sales skills.
The position offers a flexible work environment with a primarily remote structure while still creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and team growth.
Position Overview
As a Real Estate ISA / Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be generating and qualifying high-intent buyer and seller opportunities through outbound prospecting.
You will focus on:
- Circle prospecting high-value neighborhoods
- Cold calling homeowners
- Prospecting expired listings
- Prospecting For Sale By Owner (FSBO) opportunities
- Following up through phone, text, and email
- Qualifying homeowner and buyer motivation
- Setting buyer and seller consultations
- Maintaining organized lead tracking
- Communicating opportunities and updates consistently
Target Market
Our primary focus will be:
- Luxury and high-value neighborhoods
- Homes valued at approximately $1,000,000+
- High-equity homeowners
- Move-up sellers
- Expired listings
- FSBO opportunities
- Buyer opportunities
Target ZIP codes and prospecting areas will be provided, including areas such as:
- Potomac
- Bethesda
- Chevy Chase
- North Potomac
- Rockville
- Kensington
- Gaithersburg
The goal is to focus on homeowners and buyers with strong potential for future real estate needs.
Lead Generation Expectations
This role is built around proactive lead generation.
You will be responsible for sourcing and creating your own opportunities through:
- Geographic farming
- Circle prospecting
- Expired listings
- FSBO research
- Follow-up systems
- Relationship building
Additional high-intent buyer or seller leads may be provided from time to time as a bonus opportunity to support your pipeline.
Provided leads should be treated as an added benefit and should not replace consistent daily prospecting efforts.
The goal is to help you build a sustainable pipeline where you have control over your earning potential.
Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based Independent Contractor position.
There is:
- No hourly pay
- No salary
- No draw
- No earning cap
You will earn:
20% of the net commission earned from transactions generated through qualified leads you create.
The earning potential is directly connected to your ability to consistently generate, qualify, and convert opportunities into closed transactions.
Example:
If the business generates approximately $10,000,000–$50,000,000 in annual sales volume, your estimated ISA commission opportunity could range approximately:
- $100,000–$250,000+ annually
Actual earnings will vary based on:
- Number of closed transactions
- Sales volume generated
- Commission rates
- Transaction-specific factors
- Quality and consistency of prospecting efforts

While obtaining a real estate license is not required, individuals who decide to pursue licensing may have the opportunity to:

This position offers a flexible hybrid structure:
- Approximately 80% remote work
- Approximately 20% optional in-person collaboration
- Fully remote option available for candidates who prefer a remote-only structure
