- Assist servers with food delivery and table maintenance
- Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next guests
- Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to provide excellent guest service
## Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant setting
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
- Fluent in English
- Express phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced food service environment
